To uphold our commitment to the quality and safety of our products, while prioritizing the respect and satisfaction of our customers, NB Conceito has established an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. Our aim is to ensure your complete security and facilitate an efficient, prompt, and satisfactory transaction.
Upon purchasing any of our products, you have a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange or return, following the criteria outlined below.
To initiate the process, please send a request to [email protected] within 2 (two) business days of receiving the product. Include the requester's name (matching the one used for the purchase), order number or product details, and the reason for the exchange or return. After submitting the request, you must return the product to the sender's address, as indicated on the package, within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please observe the following conditions:
The product must not show any signs of use.
The plastic packaging protecting the product must not be removed.
All original items must be included with the product: certificates, dust bags, boxes, shopping bags, protective bags, plastic wrappings, etc.
In the case of an exchange, the value of the product will be credited for the purchase of a new item.
In the case of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the product has a manufacturing defect, which must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the item.
If exchanging for a different color, size, or any other characteristic specified in the product description, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
In the case of an exchange due to a defect, we will cover the shipping costs for both sending and resending the product.
In the case of a return, we will refund the total purchase amount and the initial shipping fee, but not the reshipping fee.
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect the product upon receipt and verify all details to ensure compliance with the mentioned deadlines.
*IMPORTANT: Please note that if you decide to exchange or return the product upon receipt, you must do so within seven calendar days from the date of receipt and include all original items. NB Conceito will not accept any exchanges or returns if any of the above criteria, including the specified deadlines, are not met.
The warranty period for our products is 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
The warranty covers the product as a whole, including metals and hardware, seams, finishes, zippers, and accessories.
After this 30-day period, the products are no longer covered by the warranty, even if they are in unused condition.
